Your privacy.
This page explains how this website handles the information you choose to share.
Couple’s Home Match
Priority ratings and everyday-life choices are held in the current page’s memory. The tool does not send them to Prashanth or save them in the website database. Leaving or reloading clears them. You may download a text brief or print a PDF to keep a copy. An answer code contains all selected ratings and lifestyle choices, is not encrypted, and should only be shared with someone you want to see those answers. Copying the invitation link does not include answers. On a shared device, answers are hidden from the second questionnaire for convenience, not protected by a password. Both participants choose to share before comparing. The WhatsApp button opens a generic draft without your answers; sending a brief or requesting contact is your choice.
Starting a conversation in an app
The question fields on the homepage and contact card create a WhatsApp or email draft on your device. Typing into those fields does not send the message or save its contents in the website database. Send the draft through your chosen app when you are ready. WhatsApp, your email service and your communications with Prashanth are subject to their applicable privacy arrangements.
Requesting personal help
The home shortlist, rental shortlist, home-review and conversation forms save the details you submit in this website’s private database. These can include your first name, preferred reply method and contact details, area, budget, bedrooms, timing, property address and type, questions, preferences and any notes you choose to provide. The information is used to respond to your request and manage the next steps you discuss with Prashanth.
Submitting a service request asks Prashanth to reply about that request. It does not subscribe you to marketing or ongoing listing alerts. A conversation time is a preference until Prashanth replies and agrees on it. The confirmation page shows when your request has been saved; the website does not send an automatic confirmation email.
The private request record also includes its reference, submission date, follow-up status and the source information described below. Please use these forms for an initial conversation; they do not require identity documents, account numbers, credit reports or other sensitive financial records.
Understanding where requests come from
During your current browser-tab session, the website may remember the page where you arrived, a referring website’s domain and short campaign labels included in a link. When you submit a service request, those labels, the form page and the selected call-to-action label can be saved with it. This helps Prashanth understand which resources lead people to request help.
This source information uses temporary session storage in your browser, which you can clear through your browser settings. It does not contain the personal details you type into forms. Referring-page paths and full query strings are not retained; only the named source labels are considered. This feature does not create a cross-site advertising profile or send information to an advertising platform.
Requesting the free guides
The guide form saves your first name, email address, selected interest, any city you provide, your follow-up choice, and the request date in this website’s private database. This information is used to manage your request and any personal follow-up you explicitly ask for. A guide request does not subscribe you to marketing. The package is provided by immediate download; no delivery email is sent.
The planning worksheets in the online guides keep your entries only in the current page. Those worksheet entries are not sent to Prashanth or stored in the website database. Entries may be lost when you leave or reload the page; your browser may also remember form fields under its own settings. Use the downloadable PDF if you want to keep your planning notes.
Protecting and managing requests
Request records are available through the protected owner studio, where Prashanth can review them, record follow-up progress and export a private copy. Temporary coded network identifiers help limit repeated submissions. The request database does not store your raw IP address for this purpose. Expired rate-limit records are removed when later requests are processed. Hosting services may separately process technical request information under their own practices.
To ask about access, correction or deletion of a request, contact Prashanth using the email below. If you requested a conversation and later change your mind, let him know.
Saving and sharing a contact
The Save contact button opens a contact card for you to review and save. Your browser may remember that you opened the card so the welcome prompt does not appear again. This preference stays in browser storage. The website does not read your phone’s address book.
Property tools and other websites
Property search, sold information, market reports, published testimonials and social media links can open external websites. Those services have their own registration, cookies and privacy practices. Review their policies when you visit them.
Hosting and administration
The hosting service processes technical request information needed to serve and secure the website. Owner sign-in protects the private editing studio. The studio stores website content, uploaded images and the request records described above.
